Quality Control

Quality Control

C-KOE Metals prides itself in producing high quality aluminum products that meet or exceed the most exacting requirements of it's customers. We are the only company in North America that is a "Class-A" approved source of aluminum by all of the major titanium producers. Titanium alloys are used in aerospace applications including rotating parts in military and commercial jet engines, aerospace applications, medical implants and other critical uses. C-KOE is audited regularly by these companies to ensure compliance with their rigorous quality requirements. We use the same meticulous quality standards for all of our customers.

Laboratory

Our incoming raw materials, production run samples and final certificate of analysis are routinely tested and confirmed in house on our new, state of the art, Spectro Lab Optical Emission Spectrometer. We analyze 26 elements on every lot produced to ensure that your order is within specification before we prepare the load for delivery. Our spectrometer is routinely standardized to strict industry conformance guidelines.

Statistical Process Control

Statistical Process Control of 26 key elements of our process, based on the chemical composition of finished products, are monitored to ensure compliance with customer requirements. SPC charts are sent with each certificate of analysis for key elements when required.

Record Retention

C-KOE maintains specified process record for up to 40 years at the request of our customers. These files are stored off site in a secure, climate controlled storage facility, to ensure they will be available in the future if needed.

Database

C-KOE maintains a data base with every customers raw material specification. All properties are scrutinized electronically, based on the elements listed for each customer, before the product is approved for shipment from our facility.
