History
Since its beginning almost three decades ago, C-KOE has earned a reputation for providing excellence and precise purity in aluminum production. In 1977, working as a General Contractor, Charles Koetting designed and built a manufacturing facility in Euless, Texas for one of his clients, an aluminum recycler. When the client ceased operations in 1983, Charles bought the plant and immediately changed the business strategy to produce only unique, high-purity aluminum products. Through efficiency, automation and expertise, the company has grown to become a stable and well-respected operation. With an emphasis on high standards and integrity that applies equally to people, process and products, C-KOE continues to generate value for our customers and our company.

Charles Koetting
Founder and CEOSince its founding and successful transition to a high-purity aluminum company in 1983 by Charles Koetting, C-KOE has achieved a long tradition of excellence in high-quality aluminum production. Charles has been instrumental in strengthening business relationships, attracting and retaining highly qualified staff, and steadily improving the company’s efficiency and financial position. He started his career as an industrial General Contractor and seized the opportunity to purchase his former client’s aluminum recycling facility in 1983. Always the entrepreneur, Charles’s degree in Economics provided him with the educational foundation to start 33 different and successful enterprises from the ground up.
Rhonda Koetting
Co-ownerAs co-owner of C-KOE Metals, Rhonda Koetting is an active and enthusiastic supporter of all things C-KOE. Rhonda is a tenacious advocate of C-KOE employees, recommending benefit packages and championing employee satisfaction and retention. Her 20 years in sales and marketing in the telecommunications/internet arena, in addition to a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology, complement her collaboration with her husband.
Mike Hendrix
PresidentFrom purchasing and product development to marketing and plant supervision, Mike Hendrix is responsible for directing, promoting and coordinating all operations for C-KOE. His dedication to optimizing sales, production and efficiency for C-KOE has far exceeded company goals and has contributed to its continued success. Prior to joining C-KOE in 2001, Mike operated his own metal business selling brass, bronze, copper, stainless steel, cold finish and alloy bar to machine shops. Born and raised around the Texas oilfields, Mike originally worked for Shell Oil Company after receiving his Business Administration/Management degree from Texas Tech University.
Jon Sederstrom
National Sales ManagerThe roster of satisfied C-KOE customers continues to grow, thanks to the sales efforts of seasoned industry veteran Jon Sederstrom. In 2004, Jon added his expertise to C-KOE after retiring from Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical Corporation. As national sales manager of primary aluminum, he made impressive gains in Kaiser’s customer base during his 26-year tenure there. Born in Yokosuka, Japan and raised in Washington State, Jon received his education from Eastern Washington University.
